The online quiz was comprehensive, and when my box arrived, I was impressed with how well the stylist matched my requests. The three items in the box were all in excellent condition; one was brand new with tags. I ended up keeping one sweater and returning a skirt and cardigan. Returning the two items was really easy. The company includes a return label in the box. I have worn the sweater multiple times, and it's been a really nice addition to my wardrobe.
